Highly disappointing. They gladly take your money for a special order, but then give you a runaround. Several different people have promised to "look into it," one of them promising me that my merchandise would definitely be in about fifteen days ago. Unless you enjoy aggravation, take your lighting business somewhere else.

Great store but sales staff is so rude. They think they are all that!
