Randy is a sole proprietor doing business as Randall C. Mullins, Architect. He started his practice in September of 1995 in Wheelersburg, Ohio where he continues to work today. He has 25 years of post graduate experience in both Architecture and construction. He is a 1989 graduate of the Ohio State University with a BS in Architecture. He is a professional member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the International Code Council (ICC) and the Portsmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He completed a week long training at the Ohio Code Academy which was offered by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. He previously held licenses as an Interim Master Plans Examiner and Interim Building Inspector with the State of Ohio (now expired). Randy manages a general architectural practice that primarily focuses on commercial projects in the tri state area. His body of work includes banks, churches, health care, offices, recreation, restaurants, retail, and schools. His firm offers a wide range of services such as site evaluation, preliminary design, construction documents, specifications, bid documents, construction administration, construction estimates, and building code evaluations. His work is prepared with current software applications like Autocad (autodesk), Google Sketchup, and Masterspec. Randy will collaborate with surveyors, civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers during the course of his work. He values relationships with his clients. Most of his work is a result of referrals from people who are familiar with his work.
