Our services are designed with the caregiver in mind. Making daily decisions for loved ones creates a lot of stress. Day to day management of family, work and now care givingcan be overwhelming. We offer: Adult Day & Respite Services Transportation Services In Home Care Services Care Management Services Volunteer Services & Opportunities Job Assistance Program Mental Health Outreach Our service area is primarily in Jefferson County; and covers the Metro Denver area and mountain communities, through our Yellow House in Evergreen. Seniors' Resource Center (SRC) is a non-profit community partner dedicated to the independence, dignity and quality of life for seniors in the Metro Denver area and surrounding communities. SRC's funding sources include fees for service along with municipal, county, state and federal allocations and grants. Contributions from foundations, corporations and businesses, civic groups, clients and our beloved friends all make it possible for SRC to continue serving the aging community.
