Completely Satisfied

The customer service representatives and the technician were all very friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by how much extra work (moving heavy furniture) he did. My carpets look and smell great! Especially since our new dog decided to have multiple accidents in one area that we had already spent hundreds of dollars and several hours trying to clean and remove the odor ourselves.
