The guys are very knowledgeable and share in my admittedly somewhat obsessive love for my4x4s. They are experts, they know the products but there is never any pressure to buy. The guarantee their work. My jeep presented some unique problems and everyone in the shop stepped in to get the work done. Great customer service and very knowledgable workers! Had an exhaust put on my jeep and it sounds great. The guys there helped me pick out the best one for what I wanted, had it at the shop the next day and took them a hour to install. Good work fellas!

Real Pros! - Had a remote start install by these guys. Couple of months later I had a problem with my car not starting sometimes. Dealer told me it was the remote starter. Went back to Truck Guys, tested it and said starter was OK, but they removed it, said they thought there might be a problem with the ignition switch, "a consistent problem on this Ford". Still had problem with starting off and on. Went back to dealer & they found the bad ignition switch, why couldn't they find it the 1st time?! Went back to the guys and they put the thing back in, all of this at no cost! They were always supportive and positive during the whole thing. What a nightmare! But Truck Guys was pure class act! Can't recommend them enough!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I bought a used Taurus last month. Brought it here to have a remote starter. I shopped around and it was the best price and they appeared very capable. Dropped the car off, Got a call later from them and they told me a starter was already installed by the previous owner. They drove somewhere and got me 2 new remotes and re-did some kind of programming, all for about a $100! Saved me over $200! They could have replaced the starter and never told me, I would have never known. In this day and age it is inspiring to find someone this honest! What great service and professionalism! A very HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I was asked by salesperson to do a review here. Great store, really good help. Explained my specific vehicle requirements (Camry)for a remote starter before I ordered it and did a great job of taking me through it when I picked up. Very good price ($250), even better service. Only complaint: Had three salespeople but was pretty busy both times I was in and had to wait awhile. Overall a great shop, highly recommended. Will probably be back for some gifts.

Went with my son to buy a tono cover for his truck. The salesman was extremelly polite and helpful. They were able to work us in the same day for the installation. I tried to tip the salesman and he refused! Very refreshing experience!

tried to do my own lift on my silverado, 4 hours later torsion keys still wouldnt budge. took it here and they took care of it at a very fair price (even though I didnt get it from them). great place to go to, great stuff in store, really good help, THANKS A LOT!

Pricing remote start is very confusing! Too much stuff "optional" but I need it , door locks, lites on with start, etc. These guys explained it all pretty simply, most stuff comes with regular price. Price with everything was $320, 4 other local shops were over $400 for same stuff. Good price and help. Very pro at pick up.

Just had a remote starter installed in my wif'e's Sentra. Best price, most knowledgable sales people! I was concerned with my wife understanding how to use the starter. Without asking the checkout guy went outside with us and led my wife through the whole thing step by step while reviewing the features, use, warranty, even remote control batteries, and all our questions. I asked and he said it was their "standard service" at all customer pick ups, WOW! Pretty amazing place and people. Enough said.

Service was great, I ordered something for my daughters truck and was unable to install myself. When I brought them back to order another kind, they offered to put them on at no cost. Once I brought her truck there, they realized that the item was damaged. Truck Guys ordered a replacement item for free and installed it for free as well. Best customer service I have had in a while.Thank you!

Finally! A true accessory place for truck nuts like me! I went to these guys after another shop down the street screwed up my tono install on my truck. They fixed it in the lot for FREE! They just asked that they get a chance at my business next time. They got it, I got a great new Alpine stereo installed by them. They were very professional with certified technicians. What great people to deal with! This is my new Go To destination.
