we live in one of their property in middletown ohio they replaced the manager and maintenance man with two Mexicans immediately they started evicting people they are leaving like roaches when the lights turn on the rent has raised and they no longer take care of the property they shoveled the snow up on the sidewalks and are not cleaned as the hallways are no longer cleaned properly ,we have lived here for two years and never before has this place looked so trashy. now that the former manager is gone the drug deals go on in plain sight of the new manager as I have witnessed myself . and I speak English our language in this country is English they should speak English. the laundry is no longer clean I would NOT recommend this place to any one

Do not move into these apartments. The property managers won't let tenants use the laundry facilities, they will randomly tow your vehicle, and hot water is ALWAYS running out. The management team is unpprofessional and unhelpful at ALL times. Don't give them your money!!!
