One word yuck her shop is discusting .When she walks threw that door try to catch peek of whats back there its just discusting.My dog had little cuts and scabs on her.My dog was there from 11-6 what was she doing all that time.When i bring my dogs to other grooming shops it took about 2-3 hours.Also i brought my dog to get a flea dip and she ended up having alot more fleas on her than when i brought her. also she tells you how she will clip by telling you inches not styles she will say 1/8 in 1/2 in or 1in.I asked her for the puppy/tedy bear cut she said she coul only do what her clippers alowed her to do. also when i called her husban answered the phone and i ask if she was done he said ''hold on I'll go check..........Yes she just finished blow drying her''.''Thanks ill be right over to pick her up. When i got there i asked if i could pick my puppy up she said ''ok whats her name'' I said ''Sophie''She said''Sorry shes will be done in about 1 1/2 hours''. What the hell never again
