Being in operation since 1977, Progressive Barge Line Inc. specializes in the supply of bunkers and line haul movements in the port of New Orleans. Located in Westwego, La., it owns and operates ten double-skinned barges, ranging from 11,000 barrels to 30,000 barrels with containment rails around each tank. The firm has five push boats ranging from 1570 to 2400 horsepower.
