My legal practice focuses on Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Elder Law. I prepare Wills, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, HIPAA Authorizations and Trusts (Wills with Testamentary Trust, Living/Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts for Asset Protection, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and Credit Shelter Trusts). In addition, I represent clients in Probate, Trust Administration, Guardianships, Conservatorships and Mass Health Applications for Long Term Care cases. My practice also covers associated Real Estate matters, as well, including sales transactions, deeds, variances, and Declaration of Homesteads.
