They help with desktop maintenance, support, servers, operating systems, printers, compatibility issues, viruses and malware. They can support all the technology needs and questions of my small business.

I am an office manager for a construction company. My computer is used for EVERYTHING in my job. I brought my computer to Cool Geeks. After 2 days without it, Joe called to say it was all set. It was not all set. It came back with more 'bugs' & shut downs that I've ever had. I brought it back; after getting a new hard drive, it still had many, many 'bugs'. I paid almost $300.00 to get my computer fixed. I now have a new computer and am out $300.00 with no refund in site. I will NEVER EVER set foot into Cool Geeks again. Very saddened & upset with my interaction with this company.

I picked them because of the superpages guarantee.Left 2 messages for them on Monday about my computer, asked for a house call. They finally called me back on Tues.and asked that I bring it in instead of a house call. I dropped of my computer at 5:00 on a Tues. told them the problem I was having-cpu fan failure, computer shutting off, not able to get onto internet. explained that my phone service is thru internet, so I would appreciate getting it back as soon as possible. They never called me to tell me what the problem was before they started to work on it or how much it would cost to fix. Got a phone call at 6:00 on Thur. telling me it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I wouldn't be able to pick it up till Friday. When I asked what was wrong with it, they said it had a few virus's on the computer and a loose wire. The cost $150.00!!!!! Could not believe the price!!!! I find it a little steep for cleaning up "a few" virus's and fixing a wire. No new parts were needed.
