My name is Dr. Oppenheim, and Im the owner of Joan Oppenheim, PsyD, LLC, a standout practice offering superior services for those aged 12 and older, helping patients in Westport, Connecticut, and the surrounding area.I embarked on my educational journey by attaining a bachelors degree from Yale College, the undergraduate branch of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. I then continued my academic pursuit by earning a masters degree in developmental psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York, New York.My path led me to the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, a division of Yeshiva University, and the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, where I received my Doctor of Psychology.I underwent further training through a postdoctoral fellowship program at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut.
