If there was a NO STAR review choice I would select it. DO NOT USE RID STONE. SAVE YOURSELF FROM SHEER FRUSTRATION. Our experience although not yet over is the same as everyone else. We went into their shop on 2-13-2019 and paid in full on 4-18-2019. Our "first" promised install was 5-1-2019, then 5-3-2019, then 5-6-2019, then 5-9-2019. On 5-9-2019 my husband went into their shop asking Dan to level with him why they are having issues. Dan (with Donald the owners approval) said they would fully refund us if they do not make the FIFTH install date of 5-14-2019. Well guess what...it's 5-14-2019 and both Dan and Donald are "sick" so my install doesn't happen. We are DONE with these people and want them to make good on their word of a full refund. If we did our due diligence and looked at all the Yelp reviews I would not be here today voicing my absolute frustration. Days taken off to have no shows on the installation. My contractor is behind due to no counters being installed. I'm through with them. Donald (the owner) called us at 10:30 pm with every excuse under the sun and said he was sick which led to no installers on 5-14-2019. Donald doesn't install so I have no idea why being sick had anything to do with my install. He now gave us a 7th reschedule date of 5-16-2019 by 5:00pm. We will be seeking further action for our full refund if there is no install on 5-16-2019. We hope to move on without RID Stone and I suggest you do too. I'll be back to edit this review when and if my install happens on 5-16-2019.

Rid Stone did the best job possible for our bathroom vanity countertop two top pieces for our half walls and three pieces for our custom shower. Also the top for our shower bench.I can't say enough how hard the installers worked. The two guys took time and showed great care and excellent work.The attention to detail was amazing. Very happy with the results!!! I would definitely use this company again.

I have nothing but good things to say about the whole process from the beginning to the end. I went to Rid Stone after thinking that granite counters were out of my reach price wise. They were really professional and showed me different options and I was surprised that the pricing wasn't astronomical. They came by to measure within a week and the counters were done the week after which was surprising also. The installers were the best -- its a new kitchen remodel and the dishwasher panel needed to be moved in order to make sure the counters were correctly installed. They were willing to do that everything worked out fine. The counters turned out really well and I'm really happy with them. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

They were easy to work with, extremely accomodating AND had the best price. Our bartop turned out beautifully - I couldn't ask for more. I can't stop staring at it!!

We are extremely pleased with the workmanship received from Rid Stone. We needed 2 pieces of granite for our kitchen countertop. In the main section this meant 3 pieces and consequently 2 seams. The granite we selected has various patterns in it. Rid Stone was able to match the pieces perfectly, and I do mean perfectly. You do not notice the seems at all. The two individuals who performed the install worked tirelessly to get the job done, about 10 hours straight without a break. They paid great attention to detail and it was easy to see they are highly experienced. They spent the time to level our stove so it would fit idealy at the right height. They reinstalled a corner bread bin correctly. Every angle on the backsplash was cut and installed correctly. Everything was sealed correctly. They cleaned up any mess before leaving. I would hire these 2 in a split-second if I worked in this industry. Hat's off to Donald as well who did the measuring, answered all of our questions promptly, and ran the project. We had thoroughly researched granite countertops prior to selecting Rid Stone. We selected them initially because the price was right. A great install made it even better. I highly recommend Rid Stone and will use them again in the future when it is time to upgrade our master bath. « show less
