We ordered food at 6:27 PM and were told that our order would be up in 20 minutes. We arrive at 7:00 PM and no one has a clue where our order is except that our deep dish supreme was made. Jake K. then entered the order in and we paid for our seven pizzas. We finally received our pizzas around 7:30 PM. That's an hour after we ordered. The only remedy was that "they will talk to the person who messed up the order." No concern for a poor customer experience. An hour for food for a place that tried to position itself as a fast food pizza establishment ...

Today is Sunday , September 7,I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and I was sorprised when I get home and opened the box,it seems that we have a big difference about whats Hawaiian . Very dissapointed .This was in Westmont .
