The other day on Brevard Rd. I had a Southern Concrete Specialties company truck (speeding) pass me on the 4 lane section. Well it hit a bump and dropped rocks on my windshield as it passed me in the left lane. I called the company and told them what happened. They responded with.
"You can't prove it. So we are not responsible. You need to turn it in on your insurance."
I wish I had a dash cam. So I could prove it. This just doesn't seem like the correct way to handle this situation.
