Lift Technologies designs and manufactures a full line of material handling equipment for the aircraft, automotive, agriculture, construction, food and beverage, mining, steel manufacturing, trucking and transportation industries. Its equipment includes material handling masts, carriages, side-shifters and fork positioners. Lift Technologies has grown through a number of acquisitions throughout the years. In 1999, it acquired the mast and carriage division from Cascade Corporation, as well as Hydrolectric Lift Truck, a division of Clark Material Handling. In 2001, it acquired Italy s Elecar, the European leader in mast manufacturing. Lift Tek and Elecar combined to form one of the world s largest independent mast manufacturers: Lift-Tek Elecar. Lift Technologies maintains its corporate headquarters in Guelph, Ontario, and a sales and customer service office in Westminster, S.C. The Lift-Tek Elecar office is located in Italy.
