Recently purchased a Restonic mattress set. There are limited stores in Maryland that sell Restonic. Happy with the Mattress set but the WORST customer service. The store layout was difficult to navigate, two levels of stairs for the handicap The salesman sat in his chair behind his desk and pointed to where the mattress sets were. Not very helpful. We ordered the set we wanted . I had concerns over the depth of new mattress set (our old set was over 20yrs a restonic). He told me to measure from the floor to the top of my set and 28" would be fine. The set arrived and it was 31.5". Called the same salesman when it arrived . He stated" That was my fault" . He would order a low profile box spring. Stated it would take 7-10 days . It arrived 3weeks later. No calls for update of delivery status, I called weekly, told he would call when it arrived. I was charged $80 for the first delivery and $120 for the 2nd delivery not very pleased with a second charge. We are out of the service area only because there are scattered distributors of Restonic products in the State of Maryland. Would not recommend this store to anyone
