      two words:delivery charges. As a question: what are 2 reasons to not have this place deliver to your house? Let's start with 15 dollars. Add a dollar for each mile to your house. Then add a dollar for each mile back to the store. Add a reluctance to work and nasty attitude. Sprinkle with excuses liberally for spice.
