Worst customer service of any business I have ever experienced. I took my IPad there to be repaired in early July. I was visiting my sister in the area. I was promised a speedy screen fix so i shelled out the serious cash required. Unfortunately, the repair wasn't speedy and my sister had to ship the IPad to me a week or two later. The worst part is the job was not completed correctly and i have since had to ship it back 3 times. I still don't have my IPad (today is 9/12/16) and the manager won't even call me back. It's cost me a fortune in time and shipping and I still have no idea if I will ever get my IPad back. These guys should all be fired.
