I called to inquire about a home in the park here and when I spoke with the property manager, Cindy, she was very helpful, kind, considerate, professional, gave me her undivided attention, and answered all my questions! If you are interested in a home on this property I would recommend you speak to her, you will be very pleased you did!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS PLACE COMPLETELY SUCKS! MANAGEMENT HARASS RESIDENTS, CHANGE RULES WHENEVER THEY WANT, TRAP AND KILL PETS, IF SOMETHING BREAKS THEY DO NOT FIX IT..EVER! THEY ALSO ALLOW REPEAT SEXUAL OFFENDERS TO LIVE HERE (CONVICTED OF REPEATEDLY MOLESTING CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14). ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT OR THE OWNER. How do I know all of this??? Because I have lived here for almost 17 years!

We have lived in this park for thirty two years and for the the most part, we have truly enjoyed living here. A short time ago we got anew owner/manger and now we are experiencing a complete change in the entire.park. He is refurbishing the home s and you would be pleased with any of those "new" homes.
