Took my car to Nick Mayer Lincoln service for 4 new tires and an alignment. They did an OK job mounting and balancing the tires, however, they did not do the alignment on the rear tires correctly. It didn't feel right when driving, so I took it back to Nick Mayer to have them look at it. A printout with alignment check results stated that the alignment of the rear tires was way off. Off the charts. They said that because I drove it off the lot, they couldn't prove that the misalignment of the rear tires was a result of their bad alignment procedure. They denied any wrongdoing, and said they would have to double-charge me for an ADDITIONAL alignment check before it could be fixed. I wanted to pay with an American Express credit card, and they refused service unless I paid with CASH. I inquired why and the girl at the front desk stated that she didn't want me to chargeback the repair. Horrible customer service, poor quality repairs. I will never go here again.

Great Service and a wonderful staff! The new Lincoln's and Mercury's are proof that Ford does in fact have a BETTER PLAN and it is WORKING!
