Warning... I got butchered at this shop. First, I had a 2:00 appt. they called at ten minutes till 2 and told me the girl was running 15 minutes late. I was already parking my car. Okay, so I come back at 2:15 at sat there for another 20 minutes. Then another girl comes to get me and says she is going to shampoo me. I asked "dont i need a consultation before she cuts it?" she says, "no, she can do a consultation when it is wet." Then, I specifically told the girl do not cut my bangs shorter than the sides of my eyes. Sure enough, they are butchered.She told me to close my eyes that she was goint to texturize them . They are cut way back further then they were and about 1.5 inches too short. It is going to take me months to grow them back. I am totally ticked. I thought Aveda had high standards. Wow was I wrong.
