I have long been a regular at Outback for the salmon fillet and vegetables when I am on the road. After my first visit to this Carrabas, I have a new favorite. The service was excellent, the salmon and vegetables was well prepared, favorfull and came very hot but without being dry or over cooked. The atmosphere was pleasant. The only down side was overly loud background music.
