My daughter had an appointment with one of the associates and less than one hour before her appt the therapist called and stated she would not see my daughter d/t confrlict of interest as she also sees my step son. I had already taken my daughter out of school 1 1/2 hours early for this appt and was 1/2 to my destination when I got the call. This is extremely unprofessional not to mention now I have to re-schedule with someone else. I find it hard to believe she came to this decision one hour prior to my daughter's appt. No one in that office seemed to care about the well being of my child.
