Just returned from a trip to Costa Rica that Pam from Alltera helped us with. We had someone fall down a flight of stairs and needed to get on a flight to the US asap. Pam was immediately on the phone and email with us. She lined up all of the arrangements and made sure our friend was safe and well cared for. She is by far the best travel agent I have ever met.
