Mill Design and Blinds was originally opened in 1987 by the Silverman family has the Wallpaper Warehouse of North Chelmsford. While our initial focus was on designer wall coverings and custom window treatments, client demand prompted us to gradually take on Hunter Douglas Window Fashions' additional product lines and design services for residential and commercial spaces. For over 35 years, we have been providing our consumers with high-quality products, superior service, and the flexibility of shopping in the comfort of your home or office.
