The present firm of Garrubbo & Capece, P.C. is the successor to Wolin & Garrubbo which was founded in 1971. Throughout its early growth period, the firm's practice primarily consisted of litigation through insurance carriers and self-insured individuals. Our litigation practice has expanded into the areas of: general personal injury; medical malpractice; product liability; worker's compensation; commercial litigation; municipal law; and, private and public sector labor law. In addition, we have expanded to provide services to our clients in the areas of Family & Matrimonial Law; Wills, Trusts & Estates; Commercial Law; Discrimination; Real Estate; and, Criminal Defense. Today, Garrubbo & Capece, P.C. is comprised of eight attorneys and two paralegals as well as support staff. We have the honor of several members having ascended to the bench throughout the Firm's existence. In addition, several of our attorneys are presently Officers or Trustees of the Union County Bar Association or sit on the Union County Ethics Committee.
