I LOVE this place. They are so caring to the pets they take in. I have three dogs...a goldenI, a mini poodle and a pomeranian. They are groomed at The RUFF House and they do a wonderful job. I also board my babies with them...I have done this many times and my "kids" are so happy when I pick them up. They are put into daycare while they "vacation" with The RUFF House and are kept very busy. I can tell by the way they act when I pick them up. They love coming here...they run to the door and whine all the way there in the car. I like that. It makes me feel comfortable leaving them there while I'm away. All the people that work there work hard and keep the place very clean. I"m impressed and tell everyone about this place. Trust me...your dog will love it, too! two thumbs up....keep up the great work!

Our dog was recently boarded here. When he was picked up, I soon discovered there was blood all over my car. Upon calling, the owners were clueless as to how it happened and claimed it just happened as I arrived to pick him up. He needed veterinary assistance. Come to find out, he was attacked by another dog. His bite wounds were infected and the vet told us they were not fresh wounds, they were 1-2 days old!! Yes, things like this happen when dogs are together. However, the poor customer service, contradictions, and unprofessionalism do not. I was told by the owner's daughter that both the cost of his stay plus his $120 vet bill would be refunded. However, when we arrived with the vet bill, it was a different story. I was told he received good care. Walking around bleeding with wounds on his head and neck does not equate to "good care" to me!! I was also told they would not be in business if they paid for the vet bill, yet they claimed this is the first time this had ever happened- go

An awesome place for dogs. They are treated so good and kept active. The dogs come home happy and tired and are so excited to go back. I use them for daycare and boarding. I won't go anywhere else! Their the best!
