Theresa is absolutely the best there is for grooming my four-legged fur children. My boys: Henri, Chip & Ranger just love her. They are all doodles and have a wide range of hair type & each has their own special needs. Henri has skin allergies (very itchy & flaky) she uses products & processes that don't irritate him - makes us all happy!! Chip is prone to razor burns - none from Theresa - yeah!! He also is my drama queen, cries if he is kennelled - no tears at D'Tails!! Ranger had a difficult start in life, he came to us a bit abused - Theresa has won his trust quickly!! We are all blessed by having Theresa come into our lives!! I'd recommend her to any pet parent!!

My dog is VERY shy and is terrified of going to the groomer. Well, not anymore! She is not shaking and nervous when I drop her off in their spa like quiet environment. When I pick her up, she not only looks GREAT, but doesn't come home acting like she does when she goes to the other loud and hectic places I used to take her.
