We are a full service veterinary practice that has been proudly serving the Westerville area since the early 1970’s. Our emphasis is on quality medicine and outstanding client and patient attention.Our staff members dedicate their time to providing focus on the bond between you and your pet. This place is a ripoff . I took my dog there with an ear infection and they up sold me on the treatment plan that needed a culture to treat the correct infection . After $177 .00 and two visits my dog continued to have the same ear problem ! I was told they didn't have any appointment this week and when I said I was going elsewhere they had me come in immediately? Guess what no clients were there when I got there ? Went right in and we were seen immediately and told what the initial cost would be $71.00 plus further cost depending upon the treatment ! When I objected the doctor called the owner who confirmed what the charges would be and Vets and doctors do not guarantee their treatments despite up selling me to avoid further treatments . I will never go back there !!!!!

highly recommend this place---have taken all my dogs here for over 18 years---Doctor and staff are wonderful, caring people. The groomer is fantastic. They greet you & your babies with a smile and enthusiasm and they take the time to listen and answer questions either by phone, email or in person. My Lucy is a very energetic terrier mix and she gets so excited when we head to the clinic and bless them all, they are so patient with her energy. I also love their new facility and the fact that it is right down the road is even better.

I have been a resident of Westerville for 10 yrs and never knew the Westerville Vet Clinic even existed until I saw their (beautiful) new building! I decided to schedule a grooming appointment for my Peekapoo, and I am so glad I did! I am now a full client and have used their boarding and grooming services and just recently had my first real "vet" experience. While I had no real problems with my previous vet, it is most convenient to be able to get everything my pet needs all in one place. The staff is very genuine and it is clear that they deeply care about all pets that come through their doors. I recommend them to all.

I decided to transfer clinics as I my vet of over 15 years was now a 30 minute drive. I was very nervous about my first visit, as I was with the same clinic for many years. I was HAPPILY surprised by how nice, caring and educated all the employees seemed to be. I find it heartwarming that the pets are often greeted and introduced to staff before us people are. It made a nerve racking experience a joy and I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place to bring my girls!

I was so happy with my experience! From the greeting at the front desk to having the door opened for me as I left, it was honestly the most comforting and relaxing vet visit I have ever had! The staff is excellent, everyone seems to take part in the visit - I even had the office manager stop in just to introduce herself to me because I was a new client. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
