You’ll know that you made the right choice when Rife’s Autobody repairs your vehicle. We have been in business since 1944, and are the oldest collision repair facility in Columbus, Ohio. Rife’s is known for performing quality repairs on European and high-end vehicles, and for applying that same level of care and concern to every vehicle we repair regardless of age or value. We repair ALL makes and models, and are factory certified by Audi, Volkswagen and Jaguar. We are also recommended by many new car dealerships in the Central Ohio area. We welcome insurance claims, and are happy to work with any and all insurance companies. While your car is in our care, we will negotiate your auto damage claim on your behalf to the best of our abilities and will always act with your best interest in mind. Remember that the choice of shop is completely up to you, and not the insurance company or person responsible for the damages. Whether the insurance carrier recommends Rife’s to you or not, we value your business and trust just the same, and will always provide you with the same great service. We offer the following services by appointment: Detailing, Glass Replacement, Mobile Estimating, Paintless Dent Repair, Lease Turn-In Inspection. When it comes to “customer service satisfaction” our year-to-date average is 97.9% for fully satisfied customers. A large percentage of our business comes from repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals, so when you bring your car to Rife’s, you can rest assured that we will do our best to keep you happy. Upon request, photos of your car are posted on-line through out the repair process so you can see the progress of your car’s repair any time you like. Provided by YP.comI had some front bumper damage and went into Rife's to get an estimate. I left sick to my stomach at the $2015 estimate they gave me. The guy that checked out my car seemed knowledgeable and I have heard good things about their work, but there are other places that can and will do just as good of a job for less than half of what they estimated. I happened to get my repair work done by a guy that started his own business after working at Rife's previously and he said Rife's jacks up the price for people paying out of pocket, as I was, and probably took advantage of me since I was a girl. This is not good business practice in my opinion and I will not be back.
