I ordered a pizza to be delivered this past Friday night (4/6/2018) at 7:20pm and was told it would be 45m to 1 hr. I called at 8:30p and was told very rudely that they're busy because it's a Friday and the driver was 15 min. out. So...at 9pm (still no pizza) I called and asked to speak to the manager and he did not even offer to credit me. I told him to cancel my order. At 9:30 the delivery guy shows up, and I told him I already cancelled my order. I then called a 3rd time to speak to the manager and make sure my debit card was credited. He said this to me...

"I'm sorry you are so unhappy with yourself that you have nothing better to do but to call a pizza place numerous times on a Friday night". WOW!

I was utterly dumbfounded. I will never eat nor order from Classics Pizza again.

If you love pepperoni pizza Classic Pizza has the best in town. Also everything we have eaten there has been just wonderful!!!
