Founded in 1870, St. Pius X School offers a variety of educational opportunities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school provides a range of academic programs, including science, mathematics, social studies and language arts. It also offers special courses in various foreign languages, such as German, Latin, Spanish and Italian. St. Pius X School conducts religious teaching classes and observes Thanksgiving prayer and May Crowning rituals. The school maintains a resource department that provides remedial enrichment educational services. It additionally offers before- and after-school care services. St. Pius X School s athletic activities include basketball and soccer. The school operates a student council and art and knitting clubs.

I highly recomend attending your child to this wonderful school. the education is wonderful, and the system is better than any public school in RI. If you are planning on sending your child to a public HS later on, i suggest you start at this lovely school for the first years. This school goes from preschool to 8th grade. you child will learn about things that will help them in HS, peerpresure, choosing the right people to hang out with, and saying no to drugs are offered during health class. If any family problems come up, and your child doesnt know who to talk to, the princible and priest and even the teachers are there to help. " doing our best to be our best with the help of God"
