Very honest and competent. Pat and his staff really care about their customers and their cars. He seems to hire only excellent technicians, and he has had the same staff for a long time. They are very knowledgable. I have never had to return my car for the same problem. It is fixed right the first time and they don't keep your car tied up for a long time. I value them very much as they keep my car rolling. It has just rolled over to 137,000 miles, thanks to their good care.
