Very unprofessional! This was a new patient, and the doctor spent more time telling us her life story and trying to remember the serenity prayer than asking any pertinent questions of the patient. Never even listened to heart and lungs (even though on intake it was told the patient had asthma). Speaking of intake, although pleasant, the nurse sat with her back to the patient, and was frustrated with the computer and worried aloud the doctor would be upset she was taking "too much time". The doctor Lectured on a myriad of subjects, but did no physical exam. Gave a lot of advice for someone who knew nothing about the patient or the patient's history. My husband and I both are patients at MCHC in Scarboro, and I was trying to find a PCP for my daughter. Felt like this was a complete waste of time, and we will not go back to this particular office. If I could rate less than one star I would.....
