Do some basic internet research on this company and it is unbelievable that they are still in business. They charged my credit card the second I placed a large order, never got my merchandise in stock, lied, stalled and gave me bogus tracking numbers. I guess they hope you will give up and just go away. You will have to file a charge back with your credit card to ever get your $$ back - they should be put in jail.

Ordered about 380 dollars worth of stuff from them, after month of waiting and listening to their lying bs, I cancelled the order. Still have not received my refund.
