I thought a had a leaking propane regulator and explained to Deb how I thought I needed one because I heard a "hissing" noise coming from mine when I tried to use my propane. She showed me one exactly like the one I had, and I purchased it for $25. I was happy to spend more money for it at a local business rather than on Amazon where I could've gotten it much cheaper, just to "keep it local" and hopes customer service would obviously be good. I was excited I had found a place to go to close by to help me with issues I knew I would need to take care of on the recently used camper I had purchased.I hooked up the regulator to my propane and camper and discovered the same "hissing" noise which led me to believe the problem was not the regulator but something further into the camper.I returned to MCD no more than an hour later hoping to return the part and purchase other things I needed and Deb told me I could not return it because it could be damaged (ie. Threads, diaphragm etc..) I again explained how I merely hooked it up and turned on the gas only to find the same noise I was having. It was explained to me that this was "policy".I told her it was to bad she is choosing to lose my business over a $25 item I purchased less than an hour before that was obviously not damaged in anyway because of "policy". I would've understood if I had purchased the item and had it for even a few days. But, less than an hour is just ridiculous.

Knowledgeable and courteous. If they don't have it, they can probably order it for you!
