Horrible! The grounds are horribly maintained. On top of that, the maintenance crew barely speaks English and it took 3 weeks to replace a broken bathroom fan. They also have no snow management whatsoever. They put the plow down and go 30 mph down the driveway, sending snow and ice flying on all the cars. They also don't clear the sidewalks, instead, they plow ONTO the sidewalks. There's geese poop and mud covering the sidewalks and driveway and it's difficult to avoid it. The apartments don't look anything like the pictures they show you! Do not be fooled like I was! I was tricked into moving into a used apartment that was dirty and they took a chunk out of my security deposit to pay for things that were broken when I moved in! They took advantage of the fact that I'm a college student from out of state and there's nothing I can do about it. It's called "SHADY" Oaks for a reason!
