The ladie that works there sundays is just so ignorant, she does not know how to print in her own printers, custumer service just suck, do not trust that she will know how to do what you are asking her to do, me as a custumer knew more than what she knows and she even says that she has been working there for a while mmm... Don't think so 2100 and redwood such a different customer service and people over there know their job
