At King Arthur in West Valley and Draper we offer state-of-the-art security, exceptional gate access and superior customer service. Each of our units are individually alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by an independent monitoring company. We offer access to your unit 365 days a year including holidays and Sundays. We also offer 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter beams and keypad entry with resident managers on-site at all of our facilities for added security. •365 Days a Year Access •State of the art security systems, monitored 24 hours a day •Optional climate controlled units •Steel and concrete construction (to prevent fires) •Units are elevated from the ground (to prevent water from getting under the door) •Units are locked with your lock, so only you have access •On site staff that live on the premises •Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM •Gate Hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM •Closed on Sunday
