Established in 1990, Hunter High School is an educational institution that offers a variety of academic options to students in grades 10 through 12. It has an enrollment of more than 2,260 students. The school provides a range of extracurricular programs and operates over 10 computer laboratories. Hunter High School maintains business, math, science, English, technology, career and social studies departments. The school conducts athletic, music and debate programs. It operates a counseling center, as well as offers food services. The school maintains a parent-teacher-student organization and operates chess, bowling and drama clubs. Hunter High School is a part of the Granite School District, which governs several elementary and high and junior high schools.
