The Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center, also known as OVCTC, provides learning opportunities for students in grades 9 through 12. It offers a variety of academic and technical programs in the areas of office administration, automotive technology, agricultural and industrial equipment, carpentry, cosmetology, masonry and farm business management. The Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center also administers restaurant management, machine shop, information systems technology, and printing and graphic arts programs. It provides an Electronic Media Arts program that includes courses in Web page design and audio and video editing. Additionally, the center offers academic courses in English , history, math, science, language arts and social studies. It is a part of the Adams County/Ohio Valley School District, which governs elementary and high schools. The Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center is located in West Union, Ohio.
