I love panera bread and have gone to many locations. This particular location has provided a level of service below my expectations each of the three times i have been there, there have been mix up's with all tea being sweetened, sandwiches made with crusts of bread that were falling apart and food being haphazardly dumped on the dishes. If you, as I like panera you may want to find a different location. There seems to be quality control issues at this location

I absolutly love Panera Bread and when they made one close to my home in Springfield im was excited. However, this is my far the WORST Panera i have ever been to!. They NEVER have anything and when I order out they always forget something in my order. That is why i give it a 1 star rating.
