I was very, very disgusted. Service was helpful and good. We loved our dog, to the credit of the dog. They told us she came from a good, reputable breeder and raved about her, gave us the paperwork, etc. We got the dog and out of curiousity, I looked up the breeder, Wanda Kretzman. She is a horrible puppy mill runner and I saw undercover footage of Clearwater Kennels in Minnesota and was absolutely horrified. These people lied straight to my face and I'm very upset by that. I should have done my homework ahead of time, but I'm appalled that this company does business with a monster like Wanda Kretzman and lie that she's a saint. Very, very, very disgusted! Deceitful and immoral. In the future, I'll be sure to adopt, or if I buy, make sure beforehand it's not from a puppy mill. Cruel businesses.

If you are in the market for a dog, this place has a good selection of dogs. I purchased two from here and one died, but one out of two isn't bad. Buster died after having him for 9 months. He was diagnosed with cancer and had to have his spleen removed. Two days later he was paralyzed and had to be put down after spending $2,500 to try and save him. The Puppy Place refunded us our $800 dollars that we spent to purchase Buster and we are still $1,700 in debt due to this. So for the grand total of $1,700 we have memories of our dog. But on the other hand we still have the other one and let's hope that me makes it.

As I have said they have a fine assortment of dogs and their refund policy is top notch.
