I couldn't be happier with my experience with Precision Auto. James is truly a caring and honest guy which is something that is hard to find when dealing with car repairs. I was given a quote for repair on my car that I just couldn't afford and James worked with me and my budget to figure out a solution that wouldn't break the bank and would still keep my car on the road. Everything was thoroughly explained to me so that I would be aware of what is wrong and how they planned to remedy it. His staff even worked on my car longer than anticipated and I was not charged for the extra labor. I certainly plan to bring my car back to Precision for the other necessary repairs and will recommend to everyone I know.

I had my Audi at the dealer for an electrical issue 3 times. They kept selling me new parts but never repaired the issue. I brought it to James and they had my issue fixed the same day with no new parts. It was a broken wire. I would recommend Precision to people looking for an honest and reliable repair shop
