I went to the westspringfield pizza hut over winter vacation while i was visiting family in the area. This was my first time at any pizza hut. The food and the service was out of this world! Best pizza ive had in a long time , the waitress i had was very friendly and was able to hold a conversation with me and my family she made us feel at home and was very welcoming the resturant however is a little old and might need to be updated but besides that everything was amazing and i would suggest it to anyone!

This Pizza Hut is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I order from them their prices go up, I'll order one day it'll be one amount and a week later it'll be 5 dollars more. It also seems when you use coupons, let's say for 5 dollars off of a pizza, the original price of the pizza goes up 5 dollars, so you end up paying the same amount. Word of advice don't tell them you have a coupon until you get there. Hmm... odd coincidence? I think not. Oh and for all of you that like calling a take out order in... FORGET it... Unless the middle aged gentleman manager is there, you won't get through! Just another example of today's slacker generation. People just don't care. It is sickening, it really is.
