Jane was excellent!!! My kitchen experience was outstanding from beginning to end!! Great kitchen at great price in 3 weeks!! After reading bad reviews I was nervous but Jane is the one to see!!! Highly recommend Her!!!

whole thing was a horror show. my 2day install took over 3 months.
Russ wanted the entire amount (after 80% deposit at time of order)
or he would not sent out installer. After three months and several visits from installer, the repairs needed are not finished. Never seem to have enough material . Russ was dishonest with several things he told us. Would never recommend Express Kitchens to anyone.

First, let me just say that Russ said it was a pleasure working with you. If you recall, we had to re-work your kitchen plan to ensure that our new layout worked with your existing wall paper and soffit. As we did then, we apologize for not catching that on the original design. Because of that, Russ had to order some new cabinets to make the design work with the existing conditions. As you are aware the cabinets were special order and took 3-4 weeks to come in. Because of that, your project took longer than we anticipated and for that we are sorry. Although mistakes can sometimes be made, we stand behind our customers and do everything we can to keep jobs moving forward. We would like to thank you for your business and would like to re-iterate that if there is anything at all that we can do for you, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Russ is the most unprofessional sales person that I have ever worked with. Gave $6k up front for materials to be delivered and installed and was "held" up and had to give another $225. for the cabinets to be delivered and for the "installers" to put them in.

They were installed incorrectly and the installation was only saved by their Quality Control person who should have his own business and distance himself from this poor business.

Note: replacement cabinets are not deep enough to comfortably store dishes and we lost volume from the originals - I feel that we should have been told this.

Russ has told me that it was a pleasure working with you and Donna. If you recall from 2014, we had to re-schedule your installation because our installer hurt himself on another job. After the re-schedule, your kitchen was installed. There are always things that arise during a kitchen remodel that we take care of professionally and efficiently. Your project was no different. Our Install Manager, Charles, and your designer, Russ, were at your home multiple times to ensure your complete satisfaction. The cabinets you purchased through us (Star cabinetry - Belfort style) are industry-standard 12” deep wall cabinets. Your new design was review in detail with you and signed-off before anything was ordered. Although mistakes can sometimes be made, we stand behind our customers and do everything we can to keep jobs moving forward. We would like to thank you for your business.
