After being in pain for over the weekend, was able to beg for emergency visit to doctor who sent prescription to Elm St CVS. Clerk said prescription would not be available for 24 hours. 5 minutes later, called asked for supervisor, and prescription magically appeared. Maybe they are understaffed or under trained, but you don't make a patient in pain wait 24 hours just because you are over your head.

This was 1 of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with as a police officer in Massachusetts. Management did not have all of the year associates on the same page. When speaking to management I had to explain the negative situation that 1 of the CVS associates made two ttimes * because he didn't understand the first time. Bad business . Use another CVS because this one does not know what they're doing. 0 percent satisfaction.

I went to the CVS pharmacy simply to fill a prescription...First, they gave me the WRONG MEDICINE, they gave me a bottle of anti depressents. I don't know how you make a mistake like that but whatever, everyone makes mistakes right? Well, i go back in and tell them of their mistake, and guess what? They REFUSED to give me my actual meds that I came in for! They claimed that I was getting "too much pain medications" from my doctor and wouldn't even give me my prescription paper back! I hope CVS hires better employees in the future, pharmacy techs aren't supposed to be vigilantes that think they know whats good for me moreso than my doctor does. I don't know if they just got mad or embarassed that I caught their mistake and wanted to punish me for making them do their job right, or if these guys are just wannabe doctors/cops. What I do know is I won't be going back to CVS after they STOLE my Px.
