We needed a railing for my mother's home in West Springfield. I spoke with the owner of Custom Railing Technologies and he said he could go to the home that afternoon to measure. He had an estimate for me in about a day and was ready to install within 2 weeks. He installed the railing before I even had a chance to pay him. We did this all on a handshake!
