service is slow, cost is high, is not dependable, doesn't think anyone else can know anything about a computer but him, uses cheap parts and charges too much for what you get

Would not recommend. May know computers more than you - and may fix your problem in a timely fashion (at a cost), BUT has an arrogant condescending demeanor that is very unprofessional once you have committed to his services. Whatever you do, don't think on your own and suggest or recommend your own preferred solutions as that will turn his service grade from a C+ caliber to a D- in a hurry.

Don't use this guy. Costs a fortune and won't support afterwards when what he does still doesn't fix the problem. Recharges for fixing his own mistakes.
