I called at the end of July at 4 pm and asked to order a sheet pizza for 5:30pm and was told id be better off getting 2 large pizzas as they were on special that night. I proceeded to tell them that I had a voucher given to me by west Seneca soccer for a sheet pizza (which I planned to use to feed my 3 and 4 year old soccer team and their parents). I was told that I couldn't use the Voucher without 48 hours notice because they wouldn't have enough dough. The voucher states that you needed to give 48 hours for delivery to the soccer complex and I planned to pickup the pizza. After arguing over the verbage of the voucher I asked to just order 2 large pizzas and pay for them and was told that they couldn't accomodate this request even though 1.5 hrs notice had been given. I was then told that "Im sorry you feel that way but It is like everything. 95% of the people understand and are great to work with and the others think it is all about them. Have a good day". I ended up ordering from ninos and scrambling to get cups, plates, napkins and pop as all of this was supposed to be included from southgate and I had to work that day. It ended up being a great time for the kids and their parents but such an awful customer service experience I was appalled.
